1. About LlamoYo

LlamoYo is a WhatsApp-based service that calls Spanish landlords on behalf of users who are looking for rental accommodation in Spain. We make phone calls, ask your questions, and report back with the landlord's answers.

LlamoYo is not a real estate agency, broker, or property management company. We do not negotiate leases, sign contracts, arrange viewings on your behalf, visit properties, or provide legal or financial advice. We are simply a communication service that bridges the language gap between you and Spanish-speaking landlords.

2. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that any landlord will respond, that a property will be available, or that you will secure a rental. The outcome of each call depends entirely on the landlord and circumstances beyond our control.

3. Account and access

You interact with LlamoYo via WhatsApp. You are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself and your rental requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if information provided is false or if the service is misused.

4. Payments and packs

LlamoYo offers prepaid packs of listings. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Packs do not expire. All payments are non-refundable. If we are unable to reach a landlord after up to 3 attempts, the listing does not count against your pack.

5. Use of the service

You agree to use LlamoYo only for its intended purpose: contacting landlords about rental listings in Spain. You must not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes when possible. These terms may be updated from time to time.

7. Limitation of liability

LlamoYo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current pack.
